Evaluate Your Board Fundraising Practices & Policies
We’ll evaluate your organization’s current board fundraising comprehension and practices to determine areas for improvement in creating a fundraising board.
Develop a Functional Fundraising Board
We’ll provide training and coaching to your board to ensure they have the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to successfully function in their individual board fundraising roles.
Sustainability through Accountability Coaching
After the service is complete, we'll meet with you monthly for 3 months to ensure sustainability and progress of your board fundraising practices.
