The Development Health Analysis includes:

1. 31 suggested Metrics to measure with your analysis — these metrics include data in categories like Financial/Fundraising, Donor, Board, and Staff Engagement, Program, Culture of Philanthropy, External Relations, and Training & Resource to set your analysis up for maximal success

2. A Financial Fundraising Summary — this serves as a high-level snapshot of your fundraising program’s performance the last 4 years, including suggested organizational materials and documents you will need to perform the summary

3. Culture of Philanthropy Interviews for Staff and Board — these interviews are designed to collect your staff and board’s understanding, comprehension, and attitude toward your organization’s current culture of philanthropy while identifying priorities for improvement and sustainability

4. Culture of Philanthropy Survey — this is more on the quantitative side from the Interview and is designed to enhance the data collected from Staff and Board.

The Development Health Analysis is designed to create a foundation of understanding of the organization’s comprehension of the current culture of philanthropy in order to then design and implement an annual development strategy and plan that involves the entire organization and sustains a future thriving culture of philanthropy that is everybody’s business.
